Sunday Morning Swim at Bambolim Beach
Staying true to our origin story, GOWSC members meet regularly on Sunday morning, at Bambolim beach, leaving all their worries at the shore, and swim out to sea, to rejuvenate themselves before getting back into the hullabaloo of life on land!

Introduction to Sea Swimming Camps
Conducted over the course of a weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the Introduction to Sea Swimming Camp is custom made to different groups of people. Whether you just want to relax and discover the joys of sea swimming on a lazy weekend or your goal is to compete in an open water race, the club has you covered.
Long Distance Destination Swims
Long Distance Swims are a playing field for marathon swimmers, who are looking to achieve longer distances in their open water swimming journeys. These swims are designed with different distances and swim routes, with portions of the swim being tide-assisted, and other parts of the swim that may be against the tide - challenging swimmers both physically and mentally.
OWS Camp for Competitive Swimmers & Triathletes-in-Training
This two-day camp aims at acquiring specific open water techniques needed for triathlons. You will learn about tides and currents, open-water sighting techniques, drownproofing techniques, entry, exit and turnaround techniques, speed and endurance drills, and a practice timed trial.
Open Water Swimming for Kids
It is important to learn to respect the sea in all her glory, and it’s never too early! Swimming is a great tool for children as it is a basic life skill, improves bodily coordination, focus and self-confidence. While swimming is an individual activity, when we swim in the sea, we always buddy-up and swim in a group, which enhances learners’ social skills.
Private OWS Sessions
If you are in Goa for a short trip, and are looking for something unique to do, or are just curious about how people find the courage to swim in the sea, this individual session is just the thing for you. Our trained coaches will teach you the basics of open water swimming - guiding you through tips and tricks, adding to your swimming skills, for you to enjoy a safe time in the sea!
Swim Fitness
OWS Swim Fitness is a 4-week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) progressive OWS training program for anyone who knows to swim. This program focuses on perfecting your skills and building endurance and strength to make you a better, calmer, stronger swimmer.
If your goal is to swim 1km non-stop? Or learn more advanced strokes? Become faster in the water or become fit or just find a community-based swimming practice in Goa - OWS Swim Fitness covers all bases!
