Introduction to Sea Swimming Camps
Conducted over the course of a weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the Introduction to Sea Swimming Camp is custom made to different groups of people. Whether you just want to relax and discover the joys of sea swimming on a lazy weekend or your goal is to compete in an open water race, the club has you covered.
This two-day camp aims at perfecting your open water swimming skills. You will learn about tides and currents, open-water sighting techniques, drownproofing techniques, basic first aid, tackling marine hazards and more!
The camp will be divided into different sessions - 3 90 min sea swims, along with 2 audio-visual theory sessions, with a space for sharing experiences and clarifying queries. Breakfast is included on both days, for all the hungry swimmers!
On completion of the two-day camp, participants will receive e-certificates.
