The GOWSC Swim Fitness is a progressive training program curated for you, to become a better, faster and stronger swimmer. The monthly 4 week program focuses on building your speed, endurance and strength  - with  specially designed water and dryland drills. 

Led by WOWSA certified coaches, you have the opportunity to hone your fitness levels and become a powerful sea swimmer, with a group of motivated swimmers!
