OWS Camp for Competitive Swimmers & Triathletes-in-Training

Over the last few years, we’ve seen a boom in the number of swimmers, and with this there are also various open water swimathons in the country. The Open Water Swimming Camp for Competitive Swimmers is geared to build confidence and comfort in open water swimming, specifically for race day.

This two-day camp aims at acquiring specific open water techniques needed for triathlons. You will learn about tides and currents, open-water sighting techniques, drownproofing techniques, entry, exit and turnaround techniques, speed and endurance drills, and a timed practice swimathon styled race.

The camps are divided into different sessions - 3 sea swims, sunset yoga as well as an interesting audio-visual theory session! And goes without saying that breakfast is included on both days, for all the hungry swimmers!

On completion of the two-day camp, participants will receive e-certificates.
